Vegetarian custard with olives

Ingredients:

·        100 g green olives, pitted
·        1 flat teaspoon cayenne pepper
·        1/2 teaspoon oregano
·        3 tablespoons of thick tomato juice
·        a pinch of pepper
·        30g grated hard cheese of your choice

Preparation:

All the ingredients, except the cheese, ground in a blender. Then add the grated cheese and mix it well. Served it with a rolls and salad of your choice.





Salad with tuna and olives

Ingredients:

·        ¼ of head cabbage
·        100 g sweet corn
·        80 g green olives
·        200 g of mayonnaise
·        1.5 dl sour cream
·        3 eggs
·        1 can of tuna
·        1 teaspoon mustard
·        salt and pepper







Preparation

Shred the cabbage in fine stripes. Boil the eggs and grate on the coarse grater. Whisk sour cream, mayonnaise and mustard, add spices and stir. In a large saucepan, combine the cabbage, sweet corn, chopped olives, eggs and tuna. Pour prepared sauce and stir slowly. Garnish as desired and leave the salad in refrigerator to cool down. Salad would be more attractive if, instead of ordinary cabbage used purple cabbage.

Cornets with mortadella and olives

Ingredients:

·        4 thick slices of mortadella
·        100 g olives
·        100 g mozzarella
·        100 g sour cream
·        a few pickles

Preparation:
Mix the cheese, sour cream and chopped olives.  Cut mortadella slices in halfs, make cornets and fill. Garnish.
